How can I be sure that the blinds I ordered have the right measures?
Product descriptions and measuring guides are available on our website to assist you during the choice and measures validation process.
Once your request received, a sales guy will contact you to double check measuring process and measures exactitude and if needed will arrange a technical team visit for physical measuring.
What if I've made a mistake in my measures?
Products are custom-made following your specifications and measures. Production starts as soon as the order is validated. Consequently, these custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Can somebody visit me to measure my window?
We have several technical guys who can visit you and measure your windows in EXTRA. In addition to our measuring instructions and guides, we also offer telephone support. You can contact our consultants from Monday to Saturday during opening hours.
How long is my quote valid for?
At Galerie des decors, a quotation is valid for 1 month from the date of issue (excluding promotions and sales).
